This course was designed to be taken as one lesson a week.

I am including all four weeks here but don't take them all at one sitting.

It's too much and it needs to incubate.

If you finish one, practice. If you feel you are ready for the next lesson-

go ahead and take it.

Just give yourself enough time to absorb and practice all the materials.

Please be ready with pen and paper while you listen to every class.

For week One: Please bring a rock or crystal and a plant or some kind of

growing thing.  You can even go outside and cut of a twig from a bush-

it can even be a few blades of grass.

*Before beginning-Please make sure you have practiced thoroughly

before moving to the next lesson.
