Once the records are added, she can send us a screenshot (or multiple screenshots) showing them in the DNS management zone. This will allow us to verify that the records are propagating.

After adding the records, she just needs to wait for the authentication process to complete, which can take up to 24 hours while the DNS fully propagates.

Once both domains are authenticated (she can check this by unchecking the "I want to use my own SendGrid API key" option), you can proceed with a new test.

If you still don’t receive the access email after this, please ask her to contact SendGrid's support team to check that everything is functioning properly on their end.
