Releasing Fear of Being Judged and Laughed At
Let's imagine that you've asked for guidance about a certain thing in your life and you've gotten the courage to move forward and you're ready to take a baby step, and all of a sudden you have this wave of panic because you are questioning, well, what will other people think? What if I'm judged? What if I get a lot of advice that I'm losing my mind?
What if I get criticized? Well, here's where you might need some spiritual FT to help you out. You've gotten the guidance from Spirit, right? And you're feeling good in your soul, right? You might just need a little bit of courage to release the fear of what people think. So why don't you measure that scale of one to 10, how high is your fear of what people are going to think?
Okay, got the rating. I hope it's not way up at a 10. But it could be. So here we go. Tapping on the side of the hand, I have this fear of what people think.
I love and accept myself. Doesn't it feel good to say I love and accept myself? I have fear of what people think. Now, tap. Speak with me and speak with the voice of authority, right? You're transforming fear here, top of the head. I'm afraid of criticism, beginning of the eyebrow. I'm afraid of criticism, side of the eye. I could be judged.
Underneath the eye. This is the fierce spot. My friends, I'm afraid people will judge me underneath the nose. I might be embarrassed underneath the lip. They might laugh at me. Collarbone. I'm afraid of criticism underneath the armpit. I'm afraid of criticism. Take a deep breath in and out. Ah, yes. So are you ready to release some of that? You've already admitted it and you know. If you live your life by what other people think, you're really gonna have a woeful, sorrowful, stinky life, let me tell you that.
So let's just tap in some permission. I give myself permission. This is side of the hand to move forward. Anyway, top of the head. Permission to move forward.
Beginning of the eyebrow releasing fear of criticism. Side of the eye. Releasing fear of judgment underneath the eye. My very favorite. Nana, Nana, boo boo. Come on, do it. Nana. Nana, boo boo. Underneath an old. Stick your face in Dooo. That's right. Come on, let's get spiritual here.
Underneath the lip releasing fear of judgment collarbone, releasing fear of judgment
underneath the armpit. I am now free. Take a deep breath in and out. Now go back to your rating.
I coughed and take another look at that and honey, time to move forward anyway. You'll be all right. I promise.
