Say that during the day, either early morning or later, you find yourself getting real aggravated. Maybe pissed off at somebody. So you have a choice.
You can either keep that aggravation fire going by thinking about it, turn it over in your mind. Well, I wish I would've said this. And then you can keep it going even more by calling up a friend or texting them and saying, you know what just happened to me? I am so annoyed. Or. You can take a deep breath in.
