I was embarresed to let this video out for a long time...because I was FATTER in the video! (I used to weigh 200 pounds- in the video I had reduced to about 180- looking back...I think I carried it quite well!)

Also, because I bared my soul so completely that I felt vulnerable just watching it!

Now, looking back, (almost 20 years later)  I am proud that I bared my soul and risked looking foolish!

Why are we so critical of ourselves?

The amazing thing is that I did this entire film in ONE TAKE! No script, no re-doing. I guess that is what happens when you bare your soul!
